A rich and creamy garlic shrimp Alfredo pasta dish that’s quick to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Add cooked pasta and mix well. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
