  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
