Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in broth until done, then remove and shred.
  2. In another pot, melt butter and sauté onion, carrots, and celery.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add broth and cream, stirring until thickened.
  5. Add shredded chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
