Creamy Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a quick comfort meal with juicy seasoned chicken, buttery garlic cream sauce, and melty Parmesan, perfect for any pasta night

Ingredients

For the Chicken Marinade:

1 large chicken breast, butterflied

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried parsley

¼ tsp chili flakes

½ tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter (for cooking)

For the Pasta Sauce:

2 tbsp butter

1 diced onion

8 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 tbsp flour + 2 tbsp water (slurry)

Handful chopped fresh parsley

8 oz cooked pasta (like fusilli or penne)

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp chili flakes

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, parsley, chili flakes, and olive oil. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

2. Heat butter in a skillet and sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Rest and slice.

3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic for 3–4 minutes.

4. Add cream and flour slurry. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened.

5. Add paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, and parsley. Let bubble gently.

6. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

7. Add pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Stir in Parmesan and melt into sauce.

8. Top with sliced chicken and garnish with extra parsley and cheese.

Notes

Serve immediately with a side salad or garlic bread. Leftovers reheat well with a splash of milk or cream.
