  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  3. Stir in orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake 50-55 minutes until center is set. Cool completely.
  5. Simmer cranberries, water, and sugar for 10 minutes until thickened. Cool and spread over cheesecake.
  6. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother batter.
  • Wrap pan in foil to prevent water bath leaks.
  • Store leftovers refrigerated up to 5 days.
