A refreshing twist on traditional coleslaw with cranberries and apples.
Ingredients

- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, apple, cranberries, and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add sunflower seeds.
- Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version.
- Best served chilled.
