Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender (10–15 minutes).
  2. Drain and cool the potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, and eggs.
  4. Add potatoes and gently toss to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
