- 250 g fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions and drain.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through (6–8 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth.
- Return chicken to pan and add cooked pasta. Toss until evenly coated.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
