Description
A delicious cinnamon roll bundt cake that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls with the ease of a bundt cake.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour half the batter into the pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix. Add remaining batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Let the cake cool slightly before slicing.
