Instructions
- Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow.
- Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, coating halfway.
- Immediately roll in sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Let the pops dry on parchment paper for 15 minutes.
