Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla bean paste until fully combined.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the sprinkles, then spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are golden but the center is still slightly soft.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares. Top with extra sprinkles if desired.
