- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, apple cider, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill the donut pan cavities 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
- Optional: Dust with powdered sugar or dip in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
