Ingredients
Scale
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 12 pretzel sticks
- 2 black olives, sliced
- 1 small piece of red bell pepper, for the scarf
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two portions, one slightly larger for the base and one smaller for the head.
- Shape the larger portion into a ball and place it on a serving plate. Shape the smaller portion into a ball and place it on top of the base to form the snowman.
- Gently press pretzel sticks into the lower part of the snowman’s head to resemble a carrot nose.
- Use sliced black olives for the eyes and buttons.
- Cut a thin strip of red bell pepper and wrap it around the neck area to create a scarf.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the base for a snowy effect.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For best results, let the cream cheese soften at room temperature before mixing.
- If the mixture is too sticky, chill for 15 minutes before shaping.
- Use gluten-free pretzels if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
