Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
