- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Heat pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
- Thread meatballs onto skewers and brush with glaze.
- Serve warm.
