- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in half of the crushed candy canes and mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining candy canes on top.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, add an extra 1/4 tsp peppermint extract.
