Description

A creamy, festive cheesecake dip infused with peppermint and candy cane flavors, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in half of the crushed candy canes and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining candy canes on top.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
