Description

Delicious mini hand pies filled with turkey and cranberry sauce, perfect for Christmas.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 package pre-made pie crust
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Roll out pie crust and cut into circles.
  3. Mix turkey, cranberry sauce, butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spoon filling onto half of each circle.
  5. Fold dough over filling and crimp edges.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
