- 100g gouda cheese, cubed
- 50g green olives, pitted
- 50g black olives, pitted

- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Toss turkey cubes with olive oil, rosemary, and thyme.
- Roast turkey for 15 minutes, then let cool.
- Thread turkey, cheese, and olives alternately onto skewers.
- Serve on a festive platter.
