- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds: for garnish
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley: finely chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, dill, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Spread or pipe a small amount of the herbed cream cheese onto each cucumber round.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and chopped parsley.
- Arrange on a serving platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
