- 1 cup fresh cranberries: for tartness

- 1 tbsp cornstarch: to thicken
- 1 tsp orange zest: for extra aroma
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, butter, and sugar to form the crust. Press into a baking pan.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Combine cranberries, orange juice, sugar, cornstarch, and zest in a saucepan. Cook until thickened.
- Spread the filling over the crust. Bake for another 20 minutes.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use fresh cranberries for best results.
- Adjust sugar to taste if cranberries are very tart.
