Easy and festive Christmas cranberry brie bites made with puff pastry. Perfect for holiday parties or appetizers.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Place a cube of brie in the center of each square.
- Top with cranberry sauce and a drizzle of honey.
- Sprinkle with pecans and thyme.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and press to seal.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use store-bought puff pastry for convenience.
- Substitute walnuts for pecans if preferred.
