Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, egg, and melted butter. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread with butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  6. Arrange slices in a tree shape on a baking sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until golden.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over the warm rolls.
