2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm milk
1 large egg
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
Instructions
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add warm milk, egg, and melted butter. Knead until smooth.
Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread with butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
Arrange slices in a tree shape on a baking sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until golden.
Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over the warm rolls.
