1 lb chorizo (casings removed)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced green chilies
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cumin

Instructions
Brown the chorizo in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces.
Drain excess grease and transfer chorizo to a slow cooker or saucepan.
