Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in peppermint extract and crushed candies.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50 minutes.
- Let cool, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Whip heavy cream and spread over the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
