  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, and broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
