Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place chicken in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
