  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach-artichoke mixture on each triangle.
  5. Roll up the dough and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
