  • 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Stir in onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, and caraway seeds. Stir well.
  5. Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt before serving.
