Description

A delicious fusion of cheeseburger and quesadilla, combining juicy beef, melted cheese, and crispy tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned.
  4. Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup and mustard.
  5. Place a tortilla in a clean pan over medium heat.
  6. Sprinkle half with cheese, add beef mixture, pickles, and more cheese.
  7. Fold tortilla in half and cook until golden on both sides.
  8. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
  9. Cut into wedges and serve.

Notes

  • Use lean beef for less grease.
  • Add jalapeños for extra spice.
