16 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese

2 green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Dash black pepper

2/3 cup pecans, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

2. Add cheddar, green onions, Worcestershire, hot sauce, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, and pepper.

3. Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.

4. Use a spatula to scrape and shape into a rough ball.

5. Lightly grease hands and form mixture into a round ball.

6. Place chopped pecans on a plate and roll the cheese ball to coat all sides.

7. Wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm.

8. Let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
