Description
Juicy cheddar ranch chicken burgers made with ranch seasoning, garlic, onion, and melty cheddar. Perfect for grilling or skillet dinners.
Ingredients
2 lbs ground chicken 1 egg 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs 1 oz ranch seasoning mix 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup finely diced onion 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until evenly combined. 2. Shape into equal burger patties on parchment paper. 3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. 4. Cook each patty for 6–8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. 5. Serve on buns with turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing.
Notes
Use sharp cheddar for extra flavor. Patties can be frozen raw or cooked. You can also bake them at 375°F for 20–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
