Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop broccoli into small florets.
  2. Combine broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds, and red onion in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss well.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
