  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, then set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until golden.
  5. Add garlic and thyme, cook for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  7. Return the steaks to the pan and coat with sauce.
