12 mozzarella string cheese sticks
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
2 tbsp water
1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each mozzarella string cheese stick in half.
Place flour in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, whisk eggs and water. In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
Roll each mozzarella piece in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the baking sheet.
Lightly spray the coated mozzarella sticks with cooking spray.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, freeze the coated mozzarella sticks for 30 minutes before baking.
Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
