2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

1/4 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the unwrapped wheel of brie onto the parchment paper.

3. Score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern, about 1/4-inch deep.

4. Drizzle the honey evenly over the top of the brie.

5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the honey.

6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is soft and melted.

7. Let it cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter. Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or fruit.
