Ingredients
- 3 medium ripe avocados
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Slice and scoop the avocados into a blender.
Add sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, lime juice, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze per manufacturer’s instructions.
For soft serve, enjoy immediately. For firmer texture, freeze for 2–3 hours.
