  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast, let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil, knead into dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  5. Roll out dough and place on a baking tray.
  6. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  7. Add mozzarella slices on top.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the crust is golden.
  9. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
