Ingredients
3 cups diced apples (approx. 3 apples, peeled)
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
12 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine diced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Mix well until apples are fully coated.
3. Lay out an egg roll wrapper with a corner facing you.
4. Place 2 heaping tablespoons of filling in the center.
5. Fold in sides, roll tightly, and seal edge with water.
6. Preheat oil to 350°F.
7. Fry each roll for 4–5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
8. Drain on paper towels.
9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
