Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the caramel dip: 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix apple cider, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
  5. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
  8. Warm caramel sauce for dipping.
