- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the caramel dip: 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix apple cider, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
- Warm caramel sauce for dipping.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- For extra flavor, roll donut holes in cinnamon sugar.
