A moist and flavorful bundt cake infused with apple butter and warm spices.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup apple butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in apple butter and vanilla.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk, mixing until combined.
  6. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
