Quick and easy teriyaki meatballs made with just five simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and half of the teriyaki sauce in a bowl.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs for 2 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Toss with remaining teriyaki sauce before serving.
