Description
5-Ingredient Crockpot Steak Bites are slow-cooked until juicy, tender, and rich in flavor. A no-fuss recipe that uses pantry staples for bold results.
Ingredients
3–4 pounds top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1 packet onion soup mix
4 tablespoons butter, sliced into pats
1 cup beef broth
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Trim and cube steak into 1-inch pieces, removing any gristle or fat.
Place steak cubes into the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle au jus mix and onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
Place butter pats on top of the steak.
Pour beef broth evenly over all the ingredients.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
Notes
No need to marinate—the slow cooking and seasoning packets do the job.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
Top sirloin gives the best results, but chuck roast works too.
