This 5-ingredient cottage cheese bread is quick, high in protein, and naturally gluten-free. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or meal prep.

  • 2 cups cottage cheese

     

  • 1½ cups rolled oats

     

  • 4 eggs

     

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

     

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

     

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

     

  2. Strain the cottage cheese to remove excess liquid.

     

  3. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.

     

  4. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.

     

  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes. Cover loosely with foil for the last 15 minutes if needed.

     

  6. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack for 10 minutes before slicing.
