  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cooked pasta, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
